Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to get your fishing gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50): Shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment

Note for International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and some remote areas). Customs fees and import duties are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our products like we stand behind every cast. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and customization reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Jig Heads & Replacement Skirts (once opened)
  • Customized Fishing Kits (opened or customized Kits and Variety Packs)
  • Used Fishing Line (any line that has been cut or spooled)

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your fishing gear:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order (see email template below)
  2. Package Securely: Repack the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories
  3. Ship Back: Send the package to our return address (provided in our return authorization email)
  4. Wait for Processing: We’ll inspect your return and process your refund within 3-5 business days of receipt

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items).

Exchange Process

Want to exchange for a different size or model? Follow the same return process above, and include a note specifying:

  • The item you’d like to exchange for
  • Whether there’s a price difference
  • Any other special requests

We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your fishing gear arrives damaged or defective (we know how disappointing that can be!), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs.

International Returns

For our international anglers:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
